I used the timer on this loaf- set it up last night, and it was done and ready to eat by the time I got up. I'll still need to tweak it a little to yield a nice loaf, but this one's better than the last. I think that next time, I'll use the "light" crust setting instead of the "medium" that I've been using, as the crust comes out too hard. I'll also use a little less sugar.
There is nothing like a slab of fresh, homemade bread. Delicious!
